  This was our forth occasion to stay with you and as always the staff were excellent. We would like to highlight one individual Babou at reception. This individual enhanced our stay through his personal interaction and professionalism. My sister stayed at the hotel in May this year on my recommendation and again she had the highest regard for Babou. If you have a staff award we would certainly like to recommend him for his Friendliness, Courtesy, Professionalism Efficiency and regard for your clients enjoyment and well being.

  Very enjoyable, great improvement to the bar area since last visit. Will come again.

  Check in good. Had to have key cards reprogrammed at least 3 times during 10 day stay.Breakfast Good but sameness every day, but restaurant had great views and staff were efficient and courteous. Superior room was very good size and had great views.Waste of water by shower head which leaked for duration of stay. Cleaning was good and and courteous . Might have swept floor better of sand occasionally. Pool area was good but pool small and because of location being overshadowed by hotel was not used after 2 pm.Bar and lounge area were bright , well kept and comfortable. Bar food menu was not well presented and generally clients did not use as a food and beverage provider. Overall we though Ilunion a good hotel , well located beside the beach and we would use again.
